Group Formation

Under the initiation of Norec exchange program the groups are formed by focusing the migrated youths from foreign employment, marginalised farmers, backward women groups. The program targeted to uplift the socio-economic condition of the local citizens around Makwanpur district. With the coordination of local government IVDS has been reached up to different wards around Hetauda Sub-metropolitan city. The local government helps to select the deprived or core area for which the program is necessary so that the organization can also reached to their actual target group. The target group can be marginalised farmers group, backward women group, migrated youths from foreign employment and so on. Thus, the local government helus to analyse the indivual

and we provide them facilities by forming the group.

Village Development Service has been providing

these support to the women as well as other needy

farmers that are willing to work but were no where

            from the facilities provided by the government in the

            field of agriculture first round of exchange of the

            program.The NOREC participant provides each and

            every information about the program so that every

            individual participants can be benefited by the program.

The youth that were moved towards the foreign countries in search of job but have to face difficult situation  due to covid-19 pandemic, not only go through the difficult situation but also were forced to leave the country and come back to the home country. Those victims affected by the pandemic were registered in group with the collaboration of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan city.
