Integrated Village Development Services (IVDS) Makwanpur organized 5 days preparatory training with the collaboration of Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan (India) for youth exchange participants. The Training was scheduled from the date 7th Aug 2024 to 11th Aug 2024 at the training hall of Hotel Smarak, Hetauda. There were 6 (3 from each countries) volunteers from both the organization. As the training was compulsory for the participants to prepare for their exchange as well as the work they were supposed to be doing for next 12 months in India and Nepal. The participants are well aware about the organization’s mission, vision, code of conduct and about their countries and culture. The main purpose of the training might be the preparation of the participants to live and work in the distinct environment and focus on goal achievement.In the training six youth volunteers has been prepared for promotion for twelve months mutual exchange between Nepal and India for promotion of organic farming technologies for more productivity and increase quality of soil or make agriculture as a tool for sustainable development.
